    I collected the cake for my daughter’s birthday. It was looking great but taste wise not as good as expected. The cream filling needed to be more stabilised, the base layer was not properly put in on the cake board and as shown in the picture, it slipped from the original place. During cake cutting, the layers started falling off! It was not our first one from the cake box and we never experienced this kind of thing earlier. The guests did not quite like the taste and it was just an average one, not worth the money spent. Really disappointed!

    My husband bought a helium balloon since he brang it home it was leaking air. At night it got almost flat he brang it back to store that lady put the air in and after few minutes it started leaking again we brought it back to the store again and they were saying sorry it's Ur fault. I asked the lady I want to speak to manager. Manager was not in but lady called her spoke to her but they didn't accept that it could be a faulty balloon.At the end she said I don't want to talk to u anymore I give you new one!!!! gave me new one but not on a good note she said it was Ur fault!!!!I guess Asda Tesco won't ever act this way.They are charging double the price then Asda Tesco and acting this way to costumers. Not happy with their service.Bad experience!!!!! Customer comes back for a reason!!!!
